Our laboratory and factory offer a "full service" (all-inclusive) for the manufacturing and packaging of hair dyes. We offer a fully automated process and can scale to meet varying production volumes, whether small, medium, or larges.

10 steps for your hair dye line

We care for your hair dye project as if it were our own. That's why we apply the same quality systems and procedures as we do with our regular cosmetics. Here are 10 steps to make your private label project a complete success:

Contact:

We receive your request through our contact form.

Technical-commercial meeting:

Our advisors will contact you to gather detailed information about the hair coloration project. The feasibility of the project is then assessed.

Feasibility and offer I:

If the project is viable, we will provide a budget for the formula development based on the initial requirements, although ready-to-go formulas are commonly chosen.

Specific R&D:

Our LAB will verify and approve the colorations and strands to be validated in collaboration with you.

Offer validation II:

Offer II is sent for the production of the hair dye (formula + packaging). Once validated, internal codes are opened, and the creative process begins (design and text).

Creativity Validation:

The client confirms that the designs and texts are correct, and the materials are then procured.

Materials reception:

All materials are received at our facilities and are reviewed and approved by Quality before moving to production.

Production:

The cosmetic is manufactured and packaged in automated and authorized facilities.

QA:

Extensive quality controls (physical and microbiological) are conducted before the batch is released.

CPNP registration and commercialization:

The hair coloration line (dyes) is registered in the European portal and is ready for commercialization.
