Our laboratory and factory offer a specific service for manufacturing and packaging, whether “full service” or “turnkey,” for projects of different sizes and quantities: small (e.g., 1,000 units), medium and large productions.
Recommendations from our CEO:
- Find a specialized team you can trust and with whom you feel a good connection to carry out your sunscreen project.
- Look for a laboratory and factory that already have experience in marketing their own solar products; this will provide you with greater security.
- Consider the possibility of expanding your sunscreen line, looking beyond the initial production.
- Choose a laboratory with a clear focus on R&D+i, developing premium formulas and aligning with current trends: effective, vegan, sustainable sunscreens, and biotechnological cosmetics.

Technical-Commercial Meeting:
Our advisors will contact you to gather detailed information about the sunscreen project. The feasibility of the project is then assessed.

Feasibility
and Offer I:
If the sunscreen project is viable, we will provide a budget for the formula development based on the initial requirements. If a ready-to-go formula is chosen, we move directly to step 5.

Specific R&D&I:
Our LAB qualitatively develops the required formulas, sending samples for your approval. Once the formula is validated, we work on the packaging options.

Offer validation II:
Offer II is sent for the production of the final sunscreen (formula + packaging). Once validated, internal codes are opened, and the creative process begins (design and text).

Creativity Validation:
The client confirms that the designs and texts are correct, so we proceed to procure the materials.

Materials Reception:
All materials are received at our facilities and are reviewed and approved by Quality before moving to production.

Production:
The sunscreen is manufactured and packaged in our automated and authorized facilities.

QA:
Extensive quality controls (physical and microbiological) are conducted before the batch is released.
