10 steps for your own hairline

We care for your hairdressing project as if it were our own. That’s why we apply the same quality systems and procedures as we do with our regular cosmetics. Here are 10 steps to ensure your private label project is a complete success:

Contact:

We receive your contact request through our website.

Technical-commercial meeting:

Our team will reach out to gather detailed information about the haircare project. We will assess the feasibility of the haircare or hairdressing project.

Feasibility and offer I:

Once the haircare project is deemed viable, a budget will be allocated for formula development. Examples include shampoo, hair dyes, styling gel, conditioner, etc. If you choose an already available or “ready to go” formula, we will move directly to step 5.

Specific R&D:

Our LAB is responsible for developing the necessary cosmetic formulas and sending samples for approval. Once they are approved, we proceed to select packaging options and conduct various compatibility and stability tests.

Offer validation II:

Offer II is submitted for the production of the final haircare product (formula + packaging). Once validated, internal codes are generated and the creative process (design and copywriting) begins

Creativity Validation:

The client confirms the accuracy of the designs and texts, and we proceed with gathering the necessary materials

Materials reception:

All materials are received at our facilities, inspected, and approved by the Quality department before moving to final production.

Production:

The haircare cosmetic product is manufactured and packaged in our automated, authorized facilities.

QA:

Comprehensive quality controls (both physical and microbiological) are performed before the batch is released

CPNP registration and commercialization:

We perform product tests on both the formulation and packaging to ensure compliance and readiness for market launch
