Technical-commercial meeting:

Our team will contact you to gather detailed information about your sports cosmetics project. We will analyze its feasibility and the different development options adapted to your needs.

Feasibility and Offer I:

If the project is viable, a budget will be sent for formula development. Examples: post-workout gels, hot/cold effect muscle creams, sports sunscreens, balms, and moisturizers.

If a ready-to-go formula is chosen, we move on to step 5.

Specific R&D+i:

Our LAB develops the required cosmetic formulas and sends samples for approval. Once approved, we proceed with packaging selection and various compatibility and stability tests.

Offer II validation:

We send Offer II for the final sports cosmetic product (formula + packaging). Once validated, internal codes are created, and the creative process (design and texts) begins.

Creativity validation:

The client confirms designs and texts are correct, so material sourcing starts.

Materials reception:

All materials are received at our facilities, reviewed, and approved by Quality before final production.

Production:

Manufacturing and packaging of the sports cosmetic product are carried out in automated and authorized facilities.

Quality control:

Exhaustive quality controls (physical and microbiological) are performed before batch release.

CPNP registration and commercialization:
